The room was in the back. It looked like it was a motel at one time. Normally I don't put much stock in that but the room was awful. It was. ...well stark. Here is the kicker It used to be a Holiday Inn and I know that they have much better rooms in the "Tower".....how do I know that ....well I stayed in a room in the "Tower". In addition the phone in the room didn't work! I bet that I got this awful room because I booked my room through Booked.net

Low-budget hotel with very professional staff and incredibly beautiful views of downtown. Well-equipped and neat rooms with private bathrooms and a microwave oven and a fridge. Paid US$ 107. Comfy and easy location, not very far from Waterworld California. Good area right by malls and resturants and a grocery store.

The room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable, made for a restful night's sleep. The staff provided really good service, being attentive and courteous throughout our stay.

Some areas showed significant wear, such as dirty walls and unkempt plants.

Reservation was lost from Bookings and it took two hours to correct the situation and get into the room.

The lady at front desk was super friendly, made check-in easy. The location is super handy, right off the freeway, and the room was decent size with a fridge and microwave. Only bummer was they charged me for an extra night I didn't stay for. Breakfast was awesome, way better than just cereal.

Was close to where I needed to go daily. Pool was great and clean.

The bar could have had more reasonable hours. 8.30 was an early close. If one wanted a late meal it was not going to happen. They are looking in to this.

My room was spacious, but finding the lobby was a confusing maze.

Staff were extra helpful. The bed was very comfortable.

Had to move the big entertainment center in order to plug in a computer on the desk. Didn't notice until we were leaving, but the desk lamp (with the plugin) was switched with a bedside lamp and unplugged. Also, the outside entrance was a but dated and lacked privacy.

Staff was great. Very accomodating.

Ive stsyed there 9 nights over past 45 days while in town on personal business. I book on line mainly but do ask best deal but usually find cheaper than what i was quoted and paid, the next day or even same day. Thinking of looking elsewhere my next few trips starting thursday night. Had to be moved due to ants and couldnt sleep ppl above loud party all night. No discount offered.

Strongly recommend for a short stint

Clean room, comfortable pillows, the staff were very helpful in fixing our door handle issue, and the free parking made it easy to explore the nearby attractions.

The air conditioning unit on the fourth floor was noisy at night.

The bed was excellent the buffet was kinda disappointing they talked it up and then mediocre at best.
